Refund policy
1. Return & Exchange Window
Items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the delivery date.
2. Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
• Unused and in their original condition
• In original packaging with all accessories included
• Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order number)
Items marked as final sale or non-returnable are not eligible for return.
3. How to Initiate a Return
For online purchases, please follow these steps:
• Contact our customer service team to request a return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
• Securely package the item and include the RMA number inside the package.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
4. Refunds
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
• Please allow 7–10 business days for processing after we receive the returned item.
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error.
5. Exchanges
Items may be exchanged for a different size or color of the same product. To request an exchange, follow the return process above and indicate that you would like an exchange. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us; we will cover the shipping cost of sending the exchanged item to you.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund and cover all return shipping costs.
7. International Returns
Return shipping costs for international orders are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact our customer service team for specific instructions before sending an international return. Please note that any original duties, taxes, or brokerage fees paid at the time of delivery are generally non-refundable, as these are collected by customs authorities and carriers, not by us.
8. Our Right to Refuse Returns
We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
