SHIPPING

1. Where We Ship From

Our products are made and shipped from Québec, Canada using Canada Post, Purolator, UPS, and FedEx. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, destination, and chosen carrier for your order. Please note, you can order film posters directly from www.unitednuclear.com (USA location) in case of high shipping costs from Canada.

 

2. Order Processing Time

Please allow approximately 5–7 business days for your order to be prepared and processed before it ships. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. During periods of high order volume, processing may take a few additional days — we appreciate your patience.

 

 

3. Shipping Options & Estimated Delivery Times

Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery times are as follows:

        Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days from order date (including processing time)

        Expedited Shipping: 4–6 business days from order date (including processing time)

        Overnight Shipping: Next business day after processing is complete

Total delivery times reflect both our processing period and carrier transit time. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

 

4. Shipping to the United States

We ship to all U.S. addresses, including P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. Because our products ship from Canada, U.S. orders are subject to cross-border customs procedures. Please be aware of the following:

        Most orders valued under approximately USD $800 enter the U.S. duty-free under the U.S. de minimis threshold. However, this threshold is subject to change by U.S. Customs and Border Protection.

        Orders above the de minimis threshold may be subject to U.S. import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

        In addition to duties and taxes, some carriers may charge brokerage or customs clearance fees. Note that private couriers such as UPS and FedEx typically charge higher brokerage fees than Canada Post or Purolator. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.

        If any charges apply to your shipment, your carrier will contact you directly with instructions for payment before releasing your package.

        We are not responsible for delays caused by U.S. Customs processing.

 

5. International Shipping

We also ship to international destinations outside the U.S. International delivery times vary depending on the destination country and customs processing times. Customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and any applicable brokerage fees in their country. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

 

6. Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active in the carrier’s system.

 

7. Shipping Restrictions

Some products may not be eligible for shipping to certain destinations due to local regulations or carrier restrictions. If your order is affected, we will notify you promptly.

 

8. Damages & Lost Packages

We package all orders carefully, but once a shipment is in the carrier’s hands, we are not liable for damage or loss that occurs in transit. If your order arrives damaged:

        Contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

        Retain all original packaging materials and damaged items, as they are required for the claims process.

 

9. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders that cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an address error, we will refund the product cost only — original shipping charges are non-refundable.

 

10. Shipping Delays

Occasional delays may occur due to high order volume, weather conditions, carrier disruptions, or customs processing. We appreciate your patience and will do our best to communicate any known delays.
